| I would like to show my appreciation to Ms Quah of the Spare Parts Department who went an extra mile for determining the Model Number of a Ducted Unit Aircon for a particular condominium installed with Daikin Aircon. As my technician could not obtain the Model number due to accessibility problem. Ms Quah patiently search and check through Daikin records so as to obtain the Model number, in which, my company could obtain a price for the parts required and quote to our customers asap. Most agents does not have this kind of service, thus, we would like to thank her for her effort in assisting us. |
