Ltd. is pleased to release our new training schedule from Apr to Sep 2008, as we recongize the need to develop a group of skilled technical personnel. Upgrading is necessary in order to stay ahead in this competitive market with the constant changes and advancement of air-conditioning technology. To enhance individual competence, performance and productivity in their job, ACT NOW! Daikin Training Academy is also proud to collaborate with the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI), to provide the softskill training that will widen your learning experience from a whole new perspective. As the saying goes:
	9/3/2007 "Developed Human Resources" Under DSP’s arrangement with SHRI, the academy also offers the courses below to the general public. This allows it target a wider range of people, functioning as a comprehensive regionally based training center. The courses are focused toward training of sales engineers, services and technicians and provide programs designed to develop human skills such as personal communication and problem solving – areas that had been identified as points of potential weakness. The successful start made by the academy was officially recognized on 8th June 2006, when all of its training programs were approved as qualifying for support from the Skill Development Fund. This Singapore government scheme offer assistance as an incentive to companies to mount training programmes for employees. Incentives are offered on the basis of a cost-sharing principle and the training must be relevant to the economic development of Singapore.
