Operational Manual

Daikin Maintenance contract is another after-sales services that is offered to provide quality service which includes rapid response time and reliability of efficient performance of your air conditioning system.

Periodic servicing of air conditioning system is essential to ensure:

  • Cleaner air for healthier living
  • Longer life span of the equipment
  • Savings on energy and repair costs
  • Prevention of unforeseen problems
  • Increase the cooling efficiency of the system

To ensure your comfort, it is recommended to have a maintenance contract. Furthermore, contract customers can enjoy privileges such as:

  • All day long protection of your air conditioning system

Scope of Work
  • Clean and wash air-conditioner outer panel
  • Clean and wash air filters
  • Check for refrigerant leakage
  • Check electrical contact points (Condensing Unit)
  • Check and comb condenser fin
  • Check condenser unit for deterioration parts
  • Clean condenser coils
  • Check running ampere and operation pressure
  • Vacuum drainpipe
  • Apply anti-clog tablet (a self-cleansing product that is a health protection and preventive maintenance solution) when applicable.
Service Frequency
Monthly / Bi-monthly / Quarterly

  • Access to 24-hour 7-day breakdown inspection service (free attendance during our office hours applicable with terms and conditions)
  • Special discount for other services and spare parts
  • Application of anti-clog tablet (as mentioned in the above caption) at no extra cost
  • Free supply of Legionex, a cleaning and disinfecting solution

Optional Package
This includes Daikin spare parts (only applicable to equipments within 5 years from date of installation)

The Airnet Service System uses the latest advancements in data processing and communication technology to monitor the condition of your air conditioning system. Daikin's unique On-Line Diagnostic System not only helps to prevent problems before they happen, it can also help you save energy and extend the operating life of your air conditioning system. And, in the rare event of a problem, Daikin's epoch-making Air Conditioning Maintenance System works at putting a service engineer at your site within the time contracted.
