We have 41 teams of servicemen servicing the whole of Singapore together with a group of dedicated station co-ordinators in our service department.
Our servicemen have undergone air conditioning studies and training with acquired technical certificates as well as years of experience in air conditioner servicing.
Our co-ordinators are ready to answer breakdown calls and our servicemen will attend to you at the appointed date and time to check the air conditioner operation and identify the faults. Faulty parts will either be replaced on the spot or at another appointed time, depending on part availability.
Our service teams will attend to you upon the availability of the appointment schedule. Response time may take longer due to peak period.
Usage and environment conditions will turn your appliances dusty and dirty. This results in poor performance. It is recommended that your system is serviced at least twice a year by a qualified technician apart from regular cleaning. This will not only improve your system performance, but will also prolong the life span of your air-conditioner.

Check air conditioner's operating condition
Dismantle cover, air filter, drain pan and fan rotor, and wash with water
Clear drainage pipe thoroughly
Wipe dry entire air conditioner component
Assemble air conditioner components back to original positions
Check the operating condition and temperature
(2) Scope of Work for chemical flushing
Check the air conditioner's operating condition
Dismantle cover, air filter, drain pan and fan rotor to wash with water
Remove the coil, drain it with water, then flush it with chemical solution to clear off stubborn stains.
Wash the coil using water until no bubbles surface
