Riding Under the Stars 2024

For the second year in a row, Daikin was proud to be part of Mediacorp’s Yes 933 radio station night cycling event 'Riding Under the Stars', which took place on 20th November 2024 at Singapore Sports Hub. Despite the rain, it was an incredible night of cycling under the starry sky, as participants bonded together with the spirit of adventure and community.

This initiative aligns with our core values of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Daikin Charity Golf Event Raises $100,000

Daikin’s 38^th annual Charity Golf event returned in full swing on 5^th July 2024, raising a record-breaking $100,000! This milestone coincides with Daikin’s 100th anniversary and will support programs under the care of Community Chest Singapore.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit nearly every continent has greatly impacted Singapore as we faced a sudden surge of infected cases during periods of April and May. With the number of infected cases, our healthcare infrastructure and healthcare workers have been put to the test. The frontline healthcare workers in Singapore have been struggling with lost time with their love ones and having disruptions to their usual personal routines and plans.

Supporting REDAS Solidarity Project Fund: Efforts to Help Migrant Workers and Healthcare Workers Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has taken the world by storm, with COVID-19 being extremely infectious. Singapore has seen a spike in number of cases, especially in areas where many clusters of cases are at foreign workers dormitories, aside from the community cases. This has resulted in a heavy responsibility on our healthcare workers to ensure the safety and well-being of these infected patients.

Daikin Rice Donation Drive 2020 

In the year of the 2020, we held our long-awaited rice donation drive where we encourage individuals to donate packs of rice or give a small donation where all the money collected was used to purchase rice packs of 5kg. We are proud to announce that we have managed to raise close to 10,000 packs of rice for the low-income families, bringing them more love!
