Wash the coil with fresh water regularly Regularly wash the evaporator coil with fresh water to ensure the coil in optimum condition.

Don’t use acid / unknow chemical to clean or wash the coil Avoid using any acid or chemical solution for coil cleaning/washing this is to ensure the coating stay adhere on surface. |
Prevent direct contact with sea water and coastal sand To ensure that the unit is install away from sea water and coastal sand so that it will not get contact with the unit. |
Don’t use high pressure spray jet on the coil for cleaning Avoid using high water pressure spray jet to ensure the fins will not get damage during coil cleaning/washing. |
Protect equipment from direct strong sea breeze wind If strong sea breeze blows directly to the coil, please consider wind breaker care. |
Don’t allow direct contact with sea water/sandy sand and strong breeze Avoid direct contact with sea water and coastal sand to ensure the coating will not foam up white salt in between the fins and scratches to the coating. |
Handle with care during handling works Do handle the equipment with care during transportation and installation work. |
Don’t leave any unwanted materials on the bottom frame Don’t leave any debris or unwanted materials on the bottom frame this is to ensure tray is clean all time. |
Touch up regularly with anti-corrosion paints regularly Regularly watch out for coating worn off for re-touch up work to ensure rust will not surface. |
Don’t mishandle or modify the equipment Handle the equipment with care during transportation and installation work. |
Select correct and suitable location When installing the CU ensure that the unit is install at the most suitable location such as away from sandy area. |
Don’ts relocate the equipment. Our responsibility under this warranty end if the original purchaser relocates the equipment or export outside Singapore. |
