Donation of 100 Air Purifiers to Hospitals in Singapore During COVID-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit nearly every continent has greatly impacted Singapore as we faced a sudden surge of infected cases during periods of April and May. With the number of infected cases, our healthcare infrastructure and healthcare workers have been put to the test. The frontline healthcare workers in Singapore have been struggling with lost time with their love ones and having disruptions to their usual personal routines and plans.

Besides being a trusted air conditioner brand in Singapore, we want to contribute positively to our fight against COVID-19 for our frontline healthcare workers. In June, we have donated a total of 100 Daikin Air Purifiers to hospitals that are in this fight, namely 50 air purifiers (model: MC30VVMH) to KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital respectively.

With our Daikin air purifier, MC30, is small, compact and powerful. One notable feature is the Electrostatic HEPA Filter eliminate 99.97% of the fine particles in air pollutants, which is beneficial to individuals who are more vulnerable to such air pollutants.

We want to thank all medical and support healthcare employees for the support that they have constantly been providing to our nation during this crucial period. We hope that these air purifiers will help to keep the air in the hospital premises clean for all healthcare workers, patients and visitors.

Thank you once again to all the healthcare workers for their bravery and dedication, as we continue to fight together as one against COVID-19!
