Daikin Singapore Signs MOU with SP Group for the First Large-scale Residential Centralised Cooling System at Tengah in Singapore

On Monday, 9 November 2020, Daikin Singapore signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SP Group for the first large-scale residential centralised cooling system at Tengah in Singapore.

As Singapore is gearing to address global environmental concern, the government is taking proactive approaches to reduce carbon footprint. Singapore is ambitious to transform into a Smart Nation to optimise resources more efficiently and effectively.

Mirroring the nation initiatives, SP Group has been forefront and innovative in making the transformation of energy utilities.

With this collaboration, we look forward to working together to make the Tengah town energy-efficient, green and cool." said Mr Masanori Togawa, President and Chief Executive Officer, Daikin Industries, Ltd.
