Indoor Air Quality Assessment
What is Indoor Air Quality?
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) refers to the air quality in a building or structure that is breathed in by the building's occupants on a daily basis.
Many factors must be considered when designing new residential, school, office, or light commercial structures. Aside from structural considerations, there are also heating and cooling issues to consider, as well as something that is frequently overlooked: Indoor Air Quality.

We provide complimentary Indoor Air Quality Assessments for our customers to understand the environment they are living or working in.
The IAQ assessments include the measurement of IAQ parameters and on-site inspection of aircon cooling coils and/or ducts. The purpose of the IAQ assessment is to identify possible sources of poor IAQ. Remediation to improve the IAQ will also be offered after the sources of poor IAQ are identified.
During the Indoor Air Quality Assessment, our trained staff will measure ten IAQ parameters including:
Air Temperature
Relative Humidity
Air Movement
Airflow
Carbon Dioxide
Formaldehyde
Total Volatile Organic Compounds
PM10
PM 2.5
Surface Microbial Count
The parameters will be compared against local and existing standards to determine the IAQ conditions of the premise.
Additional visual checks are also carried out on the evaporator coils and inside the air ducts to determine any possible fouling source on the indoor air.
With the assessment and report submitted to the customer, the proper solutions to improve on the Indoor Air Quality will be proposed.
Process
Arrangements are made with clients for a site visit
IAQ assessment performed by the team on site, whereby IAQ parameters are measured and readings are recorded
FCU cooling coils and ducts are inspected concurrently with the measurement of IAQ parameters and pictures of the coil and duct conditions are taken
A report containing the IAQ readings, observations, and cooling coil and duct pictures will be compiled and sent to clients
Recommendations are made to clients to improve and maintain a good IAQ

Steam Cleaning Test Report on Bacteria & Mould Count
Taking a look at a drain pan, the sample taken from it shows that there is 4,000 bacteria count before our steam cleaning service. After steam cleaning the drain pan, the bacteria count is at 200, while the mould count drops from 1,100 to 90. This shows a vast improvement and the effectiveness of our steam cleaning service.
