Terms & Conditions:
1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the 2020 VEHS x Mercedes-Benz A200 Grand Draw (“Grand Draw”) organized by Vehs.com Pte Ltd (“Vehs.com”).
2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Grand Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. Participation in this Grand Draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Grand Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each participant.
4. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Grand Draw and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
5. Participants agree to provide personal details and allow Vehs.com to collect data for administration and verification purposes.
6. Vehs.com has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such discretion is final and conclusive and Vehs.com is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
7. The decisions of Vehs.com on all matters relating to or in connection with the Grand Draw are final, conclusive and binding. Vehs.com shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Grand Draw.
8. Registering as a Virtual Home Renovation Expo (“RenoExpo”) visitor with Vehs.com from 1st November 2020 – 31st December 2021 will entitle participants to (1) chance at the Grand Draw.
9. Purchasing from RenoExpo vendors will entitle participants to additional chances at the Grand Draw at a rate of (1) chance for every SGD 100 spent during the period stated in point 8.
10. Handwritten and duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
11. The grand prize is not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
12. Vehs.com reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the prize with any other item of a similar value.
13. The winner will be selected at random via electronic online means and will be announced within 1 month from 31st December 2021.
14. The winner will be notified via any means of communication deemed appropriate including, but not limited to, SMS/Phone Call/Email.
15. The winner is required to respond within 24 hours to redeem the grand prize.
16. If the winner does not redeem their prize within thirty (30) calendar days, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Vehs.com.

- Can I transfer or replace or exchange my prize?

Prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items or otherwise, partially or wholly.
- Is the car prize inclusive of COE & insurance?

No, costs including but not limited to Certificate of Entitlement (COE), Additional Registration Fee (ARF), Registration Fee, Excise Duty, Road Tax, Number Plates, Radio License, Insurance and In-vehicle Unit, are not included for the car Prize.
- Will I be notified if I didn’t win the lucky draw?

No, we will only notify the lucky draw winner and there will be no notification for those who have participated but have not won any Prize.
