Follow these steps to REDEEM FREE NTUC Vouchers!
Step 1:
Purchase Daikin iSmileEco Multi Split Series System 2 & above (applicable to MKM50/75/85/100VVMG) and get NTUC Vouchers from 6th November 2023 to 31st December 2023. Your aircon installation has to be completed by 29th February 2024 and warranty to be registered by 17th March 2024.

Step 2:
After installation of aircon and submission of warranty, submit the voucher redemption form (attach invoice) below to register for NTUC Vouchers. Vouchers are available based on first-come-first-serve basis (while stocks last), subjected to Terms & Conditions.
Step 3:
Daikin would notify customers on voucher redemption status within 10 working days from form submission via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
Step 4:
Customers will receive a letter on the collection of the NTUC Voucher after successful verification of the redemption form.

NTUC Vouchers are to be collected at:
Daikin Singapore Office, 10 Ang Mo Kio Ind Park 2, Singapore 569501
Step 6:
Customers are required to bring along the voucher redemption letter for verification during collection of the NTUC Voucher.

Purchase Daikin iSmileEco Multi Split Series System 2 & above (applicable to MKM50/75/85/100VVMG) and get NTUC physical voucher from 6th November 2023 to 31st December 2023.

Purchase selected Daikin iSmileEco Multi Split Series to receive a NTUC Voucher:
System 2: $80 NTUC voucher
System 3: $200 NTUC voucher
System 4: $300 NTUC voucher - Purchase is to be made from 6th November 2023 – 31st December 2023. Aircon installation by 29th February 2024 and warranty to be registered by 17th March 2024.
- For purchases at Daikin Proshop, additional 3 months Proshop Warranty will be provided. If installation is using DSP Materials, another 3 months extended warranty will be provided.
- Each installation address is eligible for only one (1) Redemption of the NTUC Voucher.
- Warranty must be registered before the redemption of the NTUC Voucher can be made.
- Customers are to register for redemption here right after installation of the aircon is made.
- Redemption is based on first come first serve, while stocks last basis. There will be strictly no replacement upon full redemption.
- Redemption link will be accessible till 30th April or when fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
- Customers will only receive the NTUC Vouchers after a successful verification of the redemption form.
- Upon a successful verification within ten (10) working days, a redemption letter will be sent via email for collection of the NTUC Vouchers.
- NTUC Vouchers must be collected within one (1) month upon receipt of the collection letter via email.
- The individual collecting the prize must be the same as the person whose details are provided on the redemption form. Proof of identity, such as a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license), will be required during prize collection to ensure the authenticity of the recipient. Any discrepancies between the individual presenting for prize collection and the details on the application form may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Uncollected NTUC Voucher as per promotion terms will be forfeited, releasing Daikin Airconditioning Singapore Pte Ltd from any liability.
- NTUC Vouchers are not refundable or replaceable if lost or misuse.
- Daikin Singapore holds the right to reclaim the NTUC vouchers, If it was subsequently discovered that anyone who has claimed but in fact not eligible to claim for the NTUC Vouchers, as we deem fit or in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Customers found tampering or abusing the promotion, directly or indirectly, will be disqualified.
- All promotion deadlines are final; no extensions will be provided.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
- Daikin Singapore reserves the right to reject any registration due to inadequate submission of information.
- Daikin Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Daikin Singapore's decision regarding all matters related to the promotion is final and binding.
